MADI is a charitable organization based in the North Western suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The organization was founded in 2010 by Mr. Funwi Tita.
Mr. Tita migrated to the United States form Cameroon and is now a citizen of the United states residing in Minnesota with his family. Funwi and his wife Jennet Tita are blessed with four children. Funwi grew up very poor in Africa. When he was young, a charity called Hiefer International came to his village in the African country of Cameroon and donated a cow for his family. His parents were able to start a dairy farm, which provided money for the family. Funwi was able to go to school, eventually attending college at St. Mary’s University in Minnesota and living in Minnesota.
Funwi has worked for the government, and private sectors and his work with a non-profit organization gave him the foundation to start a non-profit organization. Funwi was touched by the misery he saw while visiting and working in the country of Uganda. More so, he was reminded by his own up-bring and was convicted to do something. Funwi puts his mission to help the poor in Africa as “changing my childhood and family life that still lives in the on in many families in Africa.”
MADI has collected, packed and shipped thousands basic needs materials to children in the extremely poor country of Uganda Africa. Uganda, which is located on the east side of Africa, is one of the world’s poorest countries due to economic instability and political unrest.

This unique program not only provides hope to children and their families, it additionally changes the lives of those who are investing in the children. We strive to provide personal interaction opportunities between our investors and the children they are helping.
